Cancellation & Return

You can request cancellation before dispatch by contacting Samridhi Bazar support with your order number and registered phone number. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Eligibility

• Items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
• Support may request product photos, packaging photos, or an unboxing reference before approval.

Return Window

Please raise return concerns as soon as possible after delivery. Approval depends on product category, condition, and the reason for the request.

COD Orders

Samridhi Bazar currently supports Cash on Delivery. If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, no payment is collected.
